These terms are between Shopfloor Pros LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("we", "us"), and the business that opens an account ("you", "your shop"). Using the service means you accept them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a business, you’re confirming you’re allowed to.
Access to Shopfloor Pros for your shop and everyone who works there, for as long as your subscription is current. There’s no limit on vehicles, jobs, photos or people. Features get added over time; occasionally something changes or is withdrawn, and if it’s significant we’ll tell account owners rather than letting them find out.
| First five months | $75 per month |
|---|---|
| After that | $159 per month |
| Billing | Monthly in advance, on the day you signed up |
| Contract | None. Cancel any time. |
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply. If we change the price we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before it affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details. If a payment fails we’ll retry it and let you know. We won’t cut off your access the moment a card declines — a shop with a customer’s car in pieces shouldn’t lose its records over an expired card. If it stays unpaid for 30 days we may suspend the account, and we’ll tell you before we do.
Cancel from Account inside the app, any time, without asking us. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-months as a rule, but if something went genuinely wrong, write to us — we’d rather sort it out than argue about it.
Everything you put in belongs to you. Your jobs, customers, photos, estimates and records are yours, not ours. We hold them so we can provide the service, and for nothing else. We don’t sell them, mine them, or use them to train anything.
When you put your customers’ details into the app, you’re responsible for having the right to do so and for handling them properly. We process them on your instructions and for no purpose of our own. Our privacy policy sets out the detail.
We keep backups and take them seriously. Even so, export your data periodically. Any service can lose data, and a copy of your own costs you one click.
If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@shopfloorpros.com. We’ll take it seriously and we won’t come after you for reporting it in good faith.
Being clear about this protects both of us.
We aim to keep it running all the time and we don’t promise a specific figure — a claim we couldn’t back would be worth nothing to you. We’ll give notice of planned maintenance where we can, and we’ll say what happened when something goes wrong.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, however caused. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that can’t lawfully be limited.
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your use of the service, from information you put into it, or from your breach of these terms. We agree to cover you against claims that the service itself infringes someone’s intellectual property.
You can stop whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or goes unpaid, and except in serious cases we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. Either way you get the chance to export your data.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and for anything significant we’ll email account owners at least 30 days ahead. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version. If you don’t, cancel before it takes effect.
Anything here you’d want changed before signing up? Ask. support@shopfloorpros.com — a person reads it, and I’d rather hear a concern now than after you’ve paid.
